Accommodation
TOOLS 2012 will take place in Prague, in the Diplomat Hotel. We suggest staying in the same hotel, which is located just across the road from the Dejvice university area, near the famous diplomatic and residential quarter, and at the very edge of the historical city center – the Prague Castle is within walking distance. The hotel offers 398 rooms and suites, three restaurants, garage parking, Internet access, and numerous other services and amenities.
We have negotiated a special rate for TOOLS 2012 participants and their companions. However, since this is a very busy period for hotels in Prague, you need to reserve your room very early to get advantage of the special pricing, that is, before 17th May 2012.

You should receive a booking confirmation by email in 2-3 days. Please, contact Mrs. Jindra Vojíkova (FIT CTU) in case you not receive it. It may be caused either by problem with payment or you enter wrong email address into form. Mrs. Vojikova has access to hotel booking list and help you to fix/finish/confiirm your booking.
Rooming list
Delegates will book accommodation by sending us the reservation form (issued by hotel). Cancellation policy for individual accommodation is part of the reservation form. The release date for reservation is 30 days prior to group arrival. In case of later arrival please contact Mrs. Jindra Vojíkova (FIT CTU).
Other Information
- All price are quoted in EUR and include breakfast buffet, VAT 10% and resort fee.
- Check in time is 2 p.m, 100% of the room price will be charged for early check-in before 2 p.m. The room is upon availability.
- Check out time is 12 p.m. 50% of the room price will be charged for late check-out after 12 p.m. The room is upon availability.
